EFFECTIVE NOVENA TO THE HOLY GUARDIAN ANGELS: DAY 4

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Heavenly Father, as we gather on this fourth day of our novena to the Guardian Angels, we continue to seek their guidance and intercession. May their presence be a source of comfort and strength for us. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Read and meditate on Psalm 91:11-12:

“For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.”

Imagine the powerful image of God commanding His angels to guard and protect you in all your ways. Visualize your Guardian Angel standing by your side, ready to fulfill this divine command. Here are some reflections to consider:

1. 1. 1. Divine Commands: Reflect on the authority and power of God’s command. When God commands His angels, they act with prompt obedience and devotion. Know that your Guardian Angel is at your service because of God’s divine will.
      2. Guardians of Your Path: Picture your Guardian Angel as a faithful guardian of your life’s journey. They are not only watching over you but actively guiding and protecting you in all aspects of your life’s path.
      3. Preventing Stumbling: The imagery of angels lifting you up in their hands to prevent you from striking your foot against a stone is a symbol of their constant vigilance. Consider how your Guardian Angel helps you avoid obstacles, whether physical or spiritual, that may cause you to stumble.

In this very context, utilize this moment to thank your guardian angel for offering that ONE petition you asked him to God. Thank him for interceding for you as your closest friend. Thank God in faith for the answered prayer, and believing God for your testimonies.
