Saint Aloysius showed profound humility and obedience, both to his superiors and to God’s will. Despite his noble birth and the many privileges it afforded him, he chose a life of poverty and service. He placed himself last to serve others first, embodying the true spirit of humility. His obedience to God’s will and to his superiors, even when it was difficult, is an inspiring example for us. Reflect on areas in your life where you can practice greater humility and obedience, and how you can seek to do God’s will above all else.
